Terms & Conditions

The Boring bits, no one likes the formal stuff but it’s here to protect you as a client and us as a business. Read below to understand what’s expected of you, and what you can expect of us. 

 Cancellations within a 24hrs of your appointment.

Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a forfeit of your deposit and you will need to pay a new deposit prior to securing a new booking.

No Shows to appointments 

No showing to your booking forfeits your deposit and requires payment of the remaining amount of service booked prior to any future booking. In some cases prepayment of services might be required to book any future appointment.

Appointment Deposits

Appointment deposits are non refundable. Should you need to cancel the appointment a credit with be applied to your account as long as cancellation is done outside of the 24 hour cancellation period.

Prepaid Purchases

Prepaid services are applied to clients files for future use. Prepaid services are non refundable unless under special circumstance’s, this does not include change of mind. The client is entitled to a credit on file should they decide they no longer want the services selected or are unable to receive said service due to medical reasons. Monetary amount can also be converted into a gift card and given to someone else.

Discounts & Sale Items

Discounted services or items are final sale items. No refunds or credits will be given on discounted services of items. Credits can be applied to file under special circumstances to clients who have purchased a discounted service. In the result of faulty goods or services a refund or replacement agreement will be considered to the therapists discretion.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non refundable, however services selected can be swapped for services equal to or lesser value. Should the service desired equal more than the gift certificate the difference will need to be paid apron completion of service.

Gift Vouchers Cannot be used for the purchase of products, only redeemable on services.

By booking an appointment and paying for a service with Manhattan Aesthetics you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions of purchases. You are also agreeing that you are aware of the expectations of you as the client in regards to cancellation policies, no shows and reschedules.
